All orders are traceable and you will receive a tracking number via email.

Before choosing express shipping, please use the delivery calculator provided by AusPost to ensure you're happy with the delivery times. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Erina, Australia, 2250.

Domestic orders can be fully tracked using the tracking number provided via email once your order has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

SUMMERY Copenhagen ships internationally with DHL Express and offer flat rate express shipping for all orders. We ship daily from our fulfilment centre in Erina, Australia and aim for all orders orders placed before 2pm AEST/AEDT to ship on the same day.

We offer Free Express International shipping based on order thresholds displayed at checkout.

We partner with Global-e to process international order payments to ensure we can provide the best possible user experience to our international customers. Please select the flag icon in the top right corner to see which countries we ship to and select accordingly. This will change the currency on the website. Once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes and other customs fees.

Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details - you will be able to track the progress of your order using the tracking number provided once your order ships. Depending on your location shipping times will vary, but you can typically expect to receive your order in 4 - 8 business days from date of shipment.

DUTIES AND TAXES

We ship worldwide, so wherever you are located, you can receive your SUMMERY Copenhagen order. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase. They will appear as a separate line item at checkout if not already included in product prices. Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and they will be the customer’s responsibility. If the order is returned due to non-payment, SUMMERY Copenhagen will not provide credit for the merchandise. SUMMERY Copenhagen is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit. 

If you do not live in Australia, please be aware of any import duties and taxes that may be charged on delivery to your country. Duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold (if it exists) for goods imported. These charges depend on your country’s import legislation and will not be covered by SUMMERY Copenhagen.

During holidays and promotional periods, please allow up to 5 business days for us to pack your order.

AUD 20 EXPRESS SHIPPING (all EXPRESS orders placed before 1pm are shipped the same business day using Australia Post's Express Service. Note: during sale events, Express Orders will be prioritised, but please expect longer shipping times).

During holidays and promotional periods, please allow up to 5 business days for us to pack your order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. This can be used to track your shipment with the courier network that is handling your parcel.
